Nickelaus is coming

🎅🏻 Nickelaus is coming and brings two new nickel based superalloys for high-demanding applications 🚀

Nickel based alloys can be used for highly loaded applications under elevated temperatures such as turbines, heat exchanger, turbochargers, crackers etc.

This year, Nickelaus brought us 🎁 Alloy 699 XA and 🎁 ABD-900 AM for process and material qualification for some new and innovative applications.

✅ IN718: A classic material used in LPBF with high corrosion resistance and good heat treatment properties
✅ IN625: This nickel based alloys is mainly used in high-temperature applications like our HPEX (www.hpex.eu)
✅ Hastelloy X: The alloy can be used with high temperature strength up to 700°C and has excellent creep and corrosion resistance
✅ Waspaloy: The precipitation-hardenable superalloy has very good strength properties for temperatures up to 980 °C
🎁 ABD-900 AM: A new high-end superalloy for temperatures above 900 °C from Aubert & Duval
🎁 Alloy 699 XA: An innovative material with great mechanical properties and superior metal dusting resistance from VDM Metals
